🏥 Malik Developing Society – Terms & Conditions

     

      1. General Rules

           

            • By availing consultation, admission, or any medical services at Asia Hospital, the patient and their attendants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

            • The hospital reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations from time to time.

        1. Payments & Fees

             

              • All patients must pay the prescribed consultation, admission, procedure, or package fees on time.

              • Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.

              • Emergency, ICU, and Operation Theatre charges will be billed separately.

              • Advance payments are non-refundable, except as per hospital policy.

          1. Insurance / TPA Claims

               

                • Approval and settlement of claims depend solely on the patient’s insurance company/TPA.

                • The hospital will provide assistance in documentation but is not responsible for approval or rejection of claims.

            1. Patient’s Responsibility

                 

                  • Patients/attendants must provide complete and accurate medical history, previous treatments, and allergy information.

                  • The hospital will not be responsible for complications arising due to incomplete or incorrect information.

              1. Hospital’s Responsibility

                   

                    • To provide medical treatment through qualified doctors and staff.

                    • To maintain a safe, hygienic, and secure environment.

                    • To preserve patient records in accordance with medical regulations.

                1. Prohibited Activities

                     

                      • Smoking, alcohol consumption, use of narcotics, or carrying weapons inside hospital premises is strictly prohibited.

                      • Misbehavior, violence, or abuse towards hospital staff will invite legal action.

                  1. Confidentiality

                       

                        • All medical records and personal information of patients will be kept confidential.

                        • Information will only be shared with patient/authorized relatives or as required by law.

                    1. Emergency Protocol

                         

                          • The hospital will provide emergency first aid and treatment.

                          • In case of severe conditions, the patient may be referred to higher medical centers if required.

                      1. Legal Jurisdiction

                           

                            • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh Courts only.
